North Oil Company (“NOC”) invites all prospective parties to provide expressions of interest in participating in this Call For Tender (CFT). Lease Term: 10 years plus 5 years extension option starting from November 2027 Scope of work: Provision of office space for NOC’s headquarter. General Requirements: ▪ The office space must be capable of holding a minimum capacity of 1605 persons at 28,880 sqm ▪ The office space can be provided in a single or multiple Building/Tower but must be in the same plot area. ▪ Accepted locations are Towers in Westbay, Pearl, Msheireb & Lusail areas ▪ The rentable area shall consist of sequential floors within the Building/Tower or adjacent towers ▪ Landlord is responsible for Fit-out works. The Landlord to provide the following services (including but not be limited to following services): ▪ Soft and hard facility management for common area only. ▪ Hard services (maintenance) for the leased area. ▪ Hard services (maintenance) for Amenities (kitchen, seating area and gym) ▪ Parking (1:40 ratio). Pre-qualification criteria to participate in the tender • Total required space • Location • Building must have a valid QCDD certificate. Interested parties should register their interest by providing supporting documentation, as per Pre-qualification Criteria, via e-mail to CP.TS-publictenders@noc.qa. Interested parties shall register their interest by 17th June 2025 using the reference number CFT-2025-0095 in the email’s subject line. Only shortlisted service providers will be contacted by NOC in the next stage of the CFT. |
